I bought this product together with another simple stepper that I passed to my daughter. I use this stepper every day and I follow a healthy diet, both have helped me shape up, lose weight and get rid of body aches. I'm sorry to say that my daughter has not had the same results due to negligence and bad eating habits.

Easy to store and gives you a great workout. Calorie counter/timer is kinda of cheap but the twist stepper itself is great.

For me, a guy at 165#, I find it useful only on highest effort settings. The shock cylinders will get hot with extended use, but I put a 7 inch diameter fan on the floor just behind the stepper, and it keeps them quite cool. When purchased on sale, it is an incredible value. I also have a Stamina SpaceMate folding stepper, a little higher cost, but also a great product; and I alternate time on each stepper during an intense workout. If I had to keep only one of them, I'm not sure which it would be; the Stamina offers higher effort settings and folds flat, but the Sunny seems to get the heart rate up higher (but maybe the Stamina would also if I used on lower effort settings, but I haven't tried that yet).
