The Uni-Pants Weighted Conditioning Pants is a revolutionary new lower body performance enhancement tool. This is a great patented system for building explosive legs, is a must for volleyball, basketball, soccer, football, and track athletes. The oversized strapping system allows them to quickly be adjusted to fit almost any 100 to 300 pound person. The unique double adjustment padded hip belt helps hold the system comfortable in the correct position on the hips while the special over sized elastic thigh straps hold the weights securely in place while still allowing the muscles to move, even during rigorous exercise.

Versatile. Easy To Use. Durable.

I'm just getting started with the product and will be using the item to assist with plyometrics, agility drills, overal conditioning. I'm using a Xvest weighted training vest also. I haven't found the fullest potential of the product yet. I can eventually add up to another 10lb potentially,with the original 10 lb.

these shorts are best for increasing intensity in bodyweight exercises (pull-ups, push-ups) and for increasing resistance on things such as calf raises w/o increasing load on the back. i don't believe it would be useful for running or other sports as the shorts do not "hug" the legs and would likely swing back and forth too much.
