The Bosu Balance Trainer Bosu Ball is the ultimate tool to increase your balance, core stability and body awareness. It increases the degree of difficulty of virtually any floor exercise and provides training through the full range of abdominal movement. The Bosu Balance Trainer is used by coaches and trainers worldwide for sports conditioning and to improve athletic performance. Increases coordination. Use with the inflatable dome side up, or, for a more challenging workout, flip the Bosu Ball over and use it with the solid platform side up. Either way, you'll get three workouts in one - cardiovascular, toning and flexibility training.

The platform is 12" wide, with a diameter of 25" when fully inflated. Only available in blue. Made in the USA.

Even though it is expensive, you can get it on sale, and it is a high quality product that will last, so it is a good value for the money. It is great for getting the stability moves down before progressing to a full form stability ball, or to just enjoy on its own.
