Good for snow and icy surfaces. Was hard for me to apply to cane tip as I have decreased grip strength. Had someone else assist in application. Would recommend this product.

Describe Yourself:

My husband is an amputee. He wears a full leg prosthesis. We first discovered this ice grip when our son worked for a medical supplier. We have purchased several over the last few years for ourselves and as gifts for several friends and relatives. My husband would not go out without the grip on his cane in the winter. Although he doesn't go out on his crutches in the winter unless absolutely necessary, the grip would work great for them also.

It works great to keep traction on ice and snow, but it does have to be folded up before walking across a floor because it will slip.
