I use this for my 6 years old daughter. I attached it to the passenger seat head rest in my SUV. It gives her a handle up where she needs it to pull herself into the vehicle. I have had it for over 6 months, maybe a year. I would highly recommend it and have.

Exiting an SUV can be a somewhat fearful experience for someone who is short in stature and who has limited mobility due to arthritis. The caddie offers support so that the individual can get her bearings before using a walker or sitting down in a wheelchair. It is very sturdy and very dependable. A good investment.

My Mother dad a bad stroke and it helps her in and out of the car. Any extray hand grip is a appreciated. It is a little too far away for helping her pull herself out, but it works well enough I am glad I bought it.

"Voila", along comes this awesome invention the "Car Caddie". It is the most helpful product I have purchased in quite sometime.
In the last 12 years we have leased 4 GMC SUV'S (love GMC). Picture this tho, the manufacturer's handle is WAY at the top of the door inside (dumb idea). I am 4'9" tall & over 60 and am not able to reach that handle, but with the "Car Caddie" I am able to now get in without carrying a little step stool around with us (what a pain). We have attached the "Car Caddie" to the suv handle itself.
I would use it an any vehicle and place it where it works best and safest for you. This is a great product.
