I've been a Pilonidal Cyst Patient for for 45+ years. after 6 surgeries(last 25 yrs ago) Donuts are joke no relief, they just push dressings farther in increasing the pain. I'm no longer a surgery candidate. When it is inflamed there has been little to do that I can get any relief. No long Drives sitting in the car or my chair. My wife found this cushion & I am once again able to sit comfortably. I ordered a second so I never have to remember to put it in the Car. not that I forget it, but I almost always need to go back inside to get it. Thank You! Thank you! Thank you! Life is almost normal again.

Cons:
Not Effective.
This cushion is too soft and it compresses so much when you sit on it, your coccyx presses against the chair just as much when you use it as when you don't. And I don't weight all that much.

My father had a severe coccyx bedsore from being in the ICU for a prolonged period. He couldn't sit up without pain. This pillow really helped with his comfort and recovery. He plans to use it in his car when he drives.

I am currently using this product for my 99 year old mother who is in hospice care. When she occasionally sits in her recliner, we use the cushion to help with relieving the pressure from her coccyx. It really has helped her.
