I was in an auto accident last year and suffered soft tissue damage to my left foot. My doctor prescribed Superfeet. It's easy to cut them to size. I wear them every day even in the gym. I no longer suffer from foot pain at the end of the day. I recommend Superfeet to anybody that's on their feet all day.

I walk 18 holes of golf every week. My feet (flat feet) were always sore for 2-3 days afterward. It limited my ability to walk more frequently. Since using the insoles on the golf course, my feet are still a bit sore but it clears up by the next day. They have sped up my recovery period by at least a couple of days. It seems to be shorter after each use. I am so pleased I have ordered more for everyday use. I only rated them a 4 because I do not know how long they will hold up.

The superfeet inserts are durable and comfortable in work or dress shoes. I prefer to use both firm and soft shoe inserts in sports shoes and work boots or daily footware. The green superfeet are on the firmer side of shoe inserts but still comfortable. They are durable and last longer than the typical inserts you might find at the grocery store.

It helps and I'll keep them for future use. I've used them a couple times and exchange with others, especially 3 custom made orthotics. I've used several OTC orthotics and from day to day different ones are most comfortable to walk on. I would recommend trying them for anyone with plantar fasciitis.
