The Reizen Talking Atomic Alarm Clock has split second accurate atomic time. The Reizen Talking Alarm Clock will keep you informed of the time with a full range female voice time and date announcement, with smooth and natural sound quality. The Talking Alarm Clock is radio controlled with automatic summer/winter (daylight savings) adjustment.

The Talking Atomic Alarm Clock displays time with running seconds, months, date, day-of-week, and alarm time. The hourly time announcement between 8AM to 10PM inclusively. (If not wanted, user can select to turn off the hourly announcement). Extra long 5 minute alarm sound, with beep tone and current time announcement. 5-minute snooze function. High and low announcement volume selection. The Reizen Atomic Talking Alarm Clock works on receiving the time radio signal. The time signal is generated by the US Atomic Clock which is located in Colorado. The friendly voice even guides you to set up. Easy to see LCD 1 3/4" x 3" - showing month, date and day of week. Uses 2 AA batteries.

I gave this to my 95 year old mother-in-law who has lost her eyesight in the last 5 years. She loves it especially since it provides the date (I didn't not realize this......Thought it only did the time) I like the female voice but it sounds like she has an accent and takes a few days to get used to it.
