I was given this to use when I had a total knee replacement then I found more uses.I am diabetic and it really helps with my sores since I have a hard time healing,I also found it works great on cleaning my cpap mask that I wear every night for sleep apnea.

I can recommend the product for cleansing of wounds. I like that it does not have to be rinsed off after using. As for Pay-Pal, customer service can answer that.
