This product is great! My husband was given this @ one of his hospital stays and well he didn't use it much. However, I had my thyroid removed and I used nothing else. My scar healed great, it never scabbed or dried out. I received lots of compliments on how well and how quickly my incision was healing - do your self a favor if you have any cuts, use this stuff - its a little messy but a great product!
