Big Lamp Switch has three-spoked knob creates more leverage for turning lamp switches on and off. Unscrew and remove the original knob and replace with the Big Lamp Switch. Fits most standard lamps. Knob is 2" (5.1 cm) in diameter.

The Big Lamp Switch has far exceeded my expectations. I thought it would simply be a bigger switch that wouldn't make me grip so tight, but the big surprise is that it hardly requires any leverage to rotate the switch. You can actually turn the switch with one finger!
I only bought one to try and came back to buy more.
