Budget Buyer.
Okay, I have ed, do NOT have a steady sexual partner this was bought as a curiosity...some blog contributors said using a pump for months before having an implant would help maintain size...initially very disapointing, brochure points out not having had an erection in a while may require more time, this seems to be somewhat true. there are multiple pieces that must be held together..why cant the vacumn pump be permanently attached or if sealing is a problem, at least a threaded seal?the rings are of course under tremendous tension, one shot off the cylinder and disappeared,and they seem awfully expensive to replace,,,also the ejector seems totally unnecessary, prefer pushing ring on by hand. thus far my erections are only lasting a couple of minutes, but have gotten firmer. Hope this helps.

First time I used it it worked so well that I took if off after 15 secs. as is suggested, and did it again for 15 secs x2. I haven't had an erection in 5 yrs do to surgery and all the meds that went with it and HTN. I was so amazed I wanted to take a pic. and send it to ya'll. Nah better not. No more stinking pills for arousal. This product has restored the ability to do something that has been missing in our lives. I am 58 and have been married for 38 yrs. to my high school sweetheart, and now I feel like I'm in my 20's again. Thank you for a wonderful product.
