I use this product for therapy of ED. In the short time I have been using this product, I have seen good results. With continued therapy use I hope to be back to normal or near normal. I like having both the manual and battery pumps. The vacuum pressure can be adjusted on the battery pump so it is just right or I can use the manual pump to get the pressure exactly where I want it.

Doesn't work the first ti. Need to practice with it.
Best part is no side effects (unlike drugs)
Don't expect perfect results until after 6 times or so of practice.
It's great to have both the electric and manual pumps.

Battery powered pump does not seem to work at all. Manual pump works well but it is difficult to determine the right size ring to hold the erection for more than 3-5 minutes. I have had radical prostate surgery and at least it is doing something (none of the pills do anything).

The electric pump is very slow in performance compared to the hand operated pump. Neither pump works better or faster than my other inexpensive hand pumps. You need to use a body shield to prevent drawing other skin area. The only advantage Encore has over ordinary pumps is the rings; you can buy them separately.
