They are a good thick diaper that holds up well at night time, they rarely leak under normal use and in general are comfortable for most use to diapers at night. The only big down side is they do make a lot of noise, your not going to hide this diaper when you walk or roll around in bed.

Why do you not offer Tranquility Overnight disposable diapers that are Pull-on's? tabs are too clumsy to use.

Actually, they do offer an overnight pullup. I have tried them, but honestly prefer the brief, since I could not go the night without the pullup leaking.

For bedridden patients and people who are not mobile , it is much easier to put this kind of diaper . Also, once getting used to this product, caregivers find it more fitted because of the advantage of adjusting the stubs snugly as needed.

The pull-ons are for those patients that are still able to get up during the night, sit up, stand. The overnight diapers are more for those patients that are bed ridden. They allow you the convenience of putting the diapers on those patients that are not able to lift their hips to put the pull ups on and who no longer leave their beds to go to the toilet. The pull-ons are not convenient to put on in bed, but the adult overnight diapers allow you to put the diapers on the patient in a laying position. If you line up the edge of the diaper along the middle of the side of the patients hip (example:left hip) while the patient is lying on their(Example: right) side, then tuck the right side of the diaper as far under the right hip as possible,when you roll the patient onto their back from that position, reach under the right side of the patient's body rolling them slightly toward you and pull the right side of the diaper out from under the right side of the patient, you will have enough of the flap containing the tabs, to evenly fasten the tabs to the sides of the diaper on the patient. It will seem like you are putting too much of the diaper under the patient when you line it up with the middle of the left hip, but when you roll them back, you will see that it works out to be just right, when you pull the right side out. It was clumsy for me also at first, before I realized that more of the diaper had to go under my patient, before I rolled them on their back to have it work out evenly.
