I thought this would be the answer to our problem. My wife has Alzheimers and is starting incontinence. It is very well made, but the leg holes were too tight. Since underwear cannot be returned, the price was high to find out that they were too small. I knew they were too small without even trying them on her--just comparing to her everyday underpants.
