The front open fly design could easily be changed with an area like the back side has to improve coverage range.

These briefs are easy to use as normal briefs but the protection is not as much as their could be in the front, which is of course where it is needed most. over time they may begin to sag reducing the protection even more. if the front had complete protection from top to bottom would be much better. Still better than anything I've seen.
