 Does your cotton pants have any kind of rubber or polurathene to hold a pad in place? Or is it plain cotton?

I tried both the Prevail and Tena Comfort Pants for my wife. They are elasticized polyester. She is rather petite, so that the S/M size still fit rather loosly. Neither have any sort of tab to hold the pads in place. Neither fit tightly enough to hold a really wet pad. I much prefer the Tranquility All Through the Night Diaper which has four adhesive tabs that hold the diaper in place tightly.

No pouch or waterproof pocket. They are a stretchy cotton mesh blend kind of like Spanx and will hold a pad, beltless or belted disposable undergarment. They hold up for several washings and are a good value
