It is difficult to size appropriately for my 10 yo son with CP. He weighs about 63 pounds, but these were way too big. We've set them aside for future use, though, and they are softer (particularly on the side seams) than others we have tried. It seems that manufacturers tend to size for adult pelvic bones with low weight rather than child pelvic bones with higher weight.
