The Prevail Specialty Size Adult Brief is a full fitting brief designed for maximum protection against heavy incontinence. Delivering the same great protection as Prevail® Adult Briefs, the Prevail® Specialty Size Briefs are designed to fit different sizes. These briefs are bariatric briefs, made for adults with waist sizes between 62" and 73".
Features a full mat brief with a non-woven acquisition layer. Cloth-like backsheet with breathable zones for air circulation. Full fitting absorbent mat with complete coverage reduces skin breakdown. Ultra-absorbent core for maximum incontinence management and skin care. Bonded construction resists tearing and clumping and provides dry, comfortable protection.Targeted absorption system improves odor control. Wetness indicator changes color when brief is wet. Multi-strand leg elastic assures a snug, comfortable fit and Easy-Lock Fastener®(ELF®) tabs that grip without being sticky. Latex free.

 Is there a diaper for a person that has sensitive skin and is prone to rashes in groin area. Most brands seem to cause irritation.

From my six years experience of taking care of elderly I haven't found an adult diaper that will not cause rashes. But honestly, I have used prevail because of the design and quality of materials being used. The downside is that the blue inner sheet which really is very reliable to hold heavy flows especially at night time could really cause rashes if not replaced immediately. The point is I noticed that the blue shield is kinda harsh for the skin. But in order not to compensate the good quality, I resolve the issue by covering the inside shield with the VIVA paper towel so that the smooth surface of the paper towel would be the one touching the skin and this really works because its not harsh anymore and does not irritate the skin even when it's already wet. And of course, diapers should always be changed every time it gets wet to prevent bacteria to grow in the groin area. And more important of all is to always keep the groin area cleaned with perineal cleanser foam and water and vinegar and dry most of the time. Good luck!

I am looking for my Mother a Diaper that will fit a 300 pound woman with a large stomach but thin legs so I need elastic in the leg

the Prevail XXL, waist up to 80" are a good fit but so hard as each one is different. We are all made different!
