Very unhappy. Will not buy again. Verified Reviewer

Pros:
No pros.
Cons:
Bulky. Didn't last 1 month. Not Protective.
Best Uses:
Emergencies. Home.
Describe Yourself:
Long Term User. Age 62 and live alone. Elderly.

Can not return even if product is defective, After 1st washing the elastic came undone at one seam at the waste. Then after only 2 or 3 washings the elastic stretched out too much at the waste. My colostomy bag broke and the feces came out at the waste all over me and my bed. [...] Product is no good. If you buy it and it is defective beware of the no return policy.

These pants are great for covering either regular underwear w/ pads or disposable underwear to help prevent leaks. They are machine washable and longlasting.

Not easy to use. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Lightweight. Sturdy.
Cons:
Sticks to skin. Difficult to use.
Best Uses:
Bladder Problems.
Describe Yourself:
disabled.

I found the product nearly impossible to use since it sticks to the skin and I have difficulty standing. If a person had assistance, then it would be doable.

Cons:
It is larger than it says. Doesn't Fit.
Best Uses:
Night time protection. Daily Use.
Describe Yourself:

It would be nice if there is a way to adjust the waist like with velcrow. I am using this for nightime wanderer who may get around all over the place with wet pants.

Sani-pant reusable briefs

Pros:
Discreet. Breathable.
Cons:
Gives wedgies when turnin. Chafes. Leaks between legs. Not Protective.
Best Uses:
Emergencies. Home. Daily Use.
Describe Yourself:
Short Term User.

Use it 24/7. Cloth leg openings are made of cotton(?)which absorbs wetness & transfers it to clothing, etc. Thus causing more leaks. I take another Sani-Pant with me along with change of clothing.
