I am unhappy with the sani pant

Great extra protection
Pros:
Protective.
Best Uses:
Daily Use.

I would use these for my Dad at night over top of an adult diaper for extra leak protection. We never found a diaper that was consistently leak proof overnight. These pants added the extra protection to cut back on soiled bedding. We had a problem with Dad undressing during the night which would result in our waking to find a disaster. The pants are also sturdy enough that we could pin them to his shirts to deter the undressing. They saved us from a lot of grief.
