The idea was terrific, but the execution wasn't. The briefs were far too tight around the waist--even the larger sizes. Additionally, they were a bit tight around the leg area, and then too loose in the overall groin area.
Putting in and taking out the pads are challenging for an elderly person. They don't come out very easily and require quite a bit of dexterity to put in.

I purchased this brief for my father who has mild incontinence after having his prostate removed. He was using the disposable adult diapers, but they were very bulky and very hot not to mention expensive. This brief has given my active father much more comfort that makes his situation almost forgetable. He is much more confident as the brief is very dependable and absorbant when worn with the disposable liner also by Sir Dignity.
