McKesson has produced the StayDry Ultra Underwear to provide protection for those who struggle with incontinence, but don't want to wear a diaper. Soft, cloth-like, breathable underwear with a premium acquisition distribution layer which quickly wicks fluid away keeping the wearer dry. Comfort stretch waist which pulls on and off like regular underwear for the perfect fit. Equipped with inner leg cuffs that form a side barrier providing added leak protection.

These underwear come in several different sizes and quantities. Please measure your waist and choose the correct size and quantity to best suit your needs. As always, the more you buy the more you save. Try out a single package, and once satisfied, purchase an entire case to save big money.

These really are underwear, just as comfortable and well-fitting. We use these for my mother's trips to the doctor--just in case! Because they are so nice, she does not at all feel degraded to be wearing them in public, as she would with a diaper. With these we don't have to go into panic mode if we can't find an accessible toilet right away at short notice. If the car ride is really long, a little accident is one less thing we have to worry about.

I wear 36" pants and use size large underwear they fit fine and are good absorbency. you may need an XL if you wear size 40.

I find that with a 40" waist you would be happy with a x large. The price on these are a lot cheaper then in the store and are made better.

Yes they are called Super Absorbency. They only go to XL which is a 58"- 68". I personaly need the XXL which is a 68"- 80". My waist is 59" but the XXL gives me better space to move around without ripping. I have tried many brands and sizes. I would prefer this one for the absorbency but, it isn't in my size.
