These are the best by far! Don't buy imitations--they can be expensive, so stock up during sales. My 150 lb. urinary incontinent sister-in-law has been using these inside her size large Depends Panties every night for a few years now. They very rarely leak, and only if she disturbs the panty in her sleep--even during the summer months when she drinks more than usual.
She always has disposable pads on top of a cotton pad which is on top of the mattress, just in case of leaks, though they are very rare. They will sometimes be amazingly full and heavy in the morning, but the liquid won't leak out.

Been using these for my 85 year old mother for about a year. She feels much more secure that there won't be any accidents when she uses these pads. Also, great for overnight!

Double padding is not required. Product is absorbant enough on its own. If using inside other absorbant product you are over utilizing. product

Absolutely, I use them and weight well over 300. However you do have to use them with some type of underwear to hold them. They are not adhesive backed so I pin them to my underwear or use them inside a belted undergarment.
