Pros:
Comfortable. Protective.
Cons:
Quite obvious. Bulky. Somewhat noisy.
Best Uses:
Office. Daily Use. Travel. Day Wetting.
Describe Yourself:
Adult Baby.

I have been wearing these daytime only as they are more convenient for daytime use than the diaper / plastic pant combination. My needs are non medical, but security is a factor

Best Uses:

This a a great product for disabled people. I use them with my 10 year old son. They will leak if there's excessive wetting. But they hold up through the night. They are worth what they cost.

Pros:
Protective. Comfortable. Breathable. Adjustable.
Best Uses:
Home. Daily Use.
Describe Yourself:
Long Term User.

This is a very comfortable re-usable diaper. I use it for overnight. You may want to use an additional absorbent booster in it for overnight and be sure to wear some type of waterproof pant over it just in case it leaks a bit. I've had very little leaking at night with this combination.

Pros:
Washable. Protective. Very absorbent. Withstands bleaching. Adjustable.
Best Uses:
Home. Use them every night.

We have used this brand of reusable brief for 14 years with our now 28 year old handicapped child. We use it as a cover for a disposable brief, which prevents shredding of disposable, and absorbs the overflow from the disposable when she stays in bed late on the weekends. It is not able to contain the entire urine output by itself.
