RN-access own portacath.
Medical Professional.
I use Whin huber needles because I access my own portacath and it is easier to see the site without the needle guard that other products have in the way. That said, they probably couldn't be used in a hospital or clinic because they are missing this detail. I'm really careful and live alone so don't have to worry about sticking anyone else.
Also, I am very allergic to metal but only get a very slight itching sensation when the needle is in, no rashes or skin breakdown which is good for me!

I feel very comfortable using the Whin Winged Huber Needle. It is lighweight and easy to use as well as provides safety for the IV technician
