This is the only pump that I've used, so it's hard to compare. However, the engineers who designed this should be fired. Firstly, the angle of the pump forces you to hunch forward in order for the milk not to come back at you, the top doesn't screw on far enough and comes loosened while your pumping (big spills), and it's so top heavy that it falls over if a bee flies by (more spills). On the bright side, the massage suction cups feel very comfortable while using and doesn't cause any pain. I am always able to empty fully using this pump so I haven't lost my milk after 6 months of only using this product; so I would consider it a decent product as far as serving its purpose. Also, as a working mom, storing and traveling with my milk is very easy since they give you a nice insulated pouch to keep the milk in if you get a travel kit. I would try another brand next time to see if the grass is greener. Hope this helps someone..breastfeeding is hard enough without a poorly designed product.
