Product Overview

Core Products Baby Hugger

Baby Hugger - Maternity Support

BabyHugger provides a unique, central lift that takes the weight off the back, bladder, veins and ligaments to help you feel better and look better during your pregnancy. Baby Hugger protects the ligaments from overstretching. This helps to prevent aging incontinence, stretch marks, vericose veins, edema, and other discomforts later in life. Wearing a maternity support means better health now and in the future.

Protect Your Baby! Moms report less frequent and less severe pre-term contractions. Baby Hugger is recommended by doctors, nurses, physical therapists, midwives, childbirth educators, massage therapists and moms. The cool, cotton underpant collects the weight of the belly, while the strap lifts the belly weight softly to the shoulder. The crotch panel opens and re-closes for bathroom use.

Care Instructions: Straps: Hand wash and hang to dry. Underpants: Wash gently in cool water without bleach. Tumble dry in cool dryer.

Content: Underpants are 92% cotton, 8% lycra. All elastics are latex-free.

can tell the difference with it on

Pros:
helps to reduce back pain. easily washable. adjustable.
Best Uses:
Maternity.
Describe Yourself:
Parent of Two or More Children. tall. triplet pregnancy. pregnant.

I started wearing this at 17 weeks as having triplets. I can tell the difference in that my back pain is gone. Having less to no contractions now with walking around even when walking fast along side my kids on their bikes. I can totally tell the difference when I take it off to wash it every night as my belly feels so much heavier. I have washed it with my other clothes every night for 2 weeks + and it is holding it's shape nicely and looks like new other than having some slight color change (from washing with my dark loads). The velcro strap for the crotch takes a bit of working with to get it so it wears totally comfortable down there. I feel like I am back in the 80's with the body suits. but the support really does help!

Not happy with product

Best Uses:
Maternity.
Describe Yourself:
expecting 2nd child.

I'm not happy with this belt because it's too big for me.I order small because I'm in last trimester and I thought that I need a bigger size.I usually wear size 2 or 4.It's hard to put it on and I don't feel any support. It so big that it's showing under my clothes. Also it bother's me when it's around my belly and I want to take if off.I will return if I can.My doctor recommended that I should wear that belt but I can not do it.

Great product. Most comfortable Support!

Pros:
Lightweight. Strong Construction. Very comfortable. Great Support.
Cons:
Can see under clothes.
Best Uses:
Maternity. Round Ligament Pain. Back/abdominal support.
Describe Yourself:
First Time Parent. tall. carrying mostly in front. pregnant. Active, below 30.

I highly recommend this product if you order the correct size. I am a pre-pregnancy size 4. I ordered an xs. It fits like a glove and is very supportive and comfortable. Great to wear while home, exercising and/or at work if you don't mind the straps showing or you can wear a thicker shirt/sweater over. You also do not need to wear anything under this. Very comfortable. It was shipped very quickly and the customer service was great! A+++ Best support belt I have come across. Recommended by my OBGYN!

Helpful!

Pros:
Strong Construction. helps w/ contractions.
Cons:
a little cumbersome. shows under clothes.
Best Uses:
Maternity.
Describe Yourself:
pregnant. carrying mostly in front. neurogenic bladder. uterus probs 2' c-section. expecting 2nd child.

Had to get this b/cz my lower uterine segment is abnormal 2' previous c-section and b/cz I have a neurogenic bladder 2' multiple sclerosis. It has decreased the #of contractions, and I can definitely tell the difference when I don't wear it for a few mins (like taking a shower).

Needs some adjustments Verified Purchaser

Best Uses:
Maternity.
Describe Yourself:
Parent of Two or More Children.

The product if not to large would have been very useable and needed at the time. It runs a little large. The sizing needs to be adjusted some.

Answer:
I found it to be true to their sizing. It was a bit bigger when I began to wear it around 18 weeks but not so big that it would fall down. By the time I got to 30 weeks it still fit my large belly without any uncomfortableness from the product.
