Better Binder


Better Binder provides pregnancy & post-partum support by supporting the belly and back, stabilizing excessive joint motion in the pelvis, and adapting well to changing shapes.

After delivery, Better Binder gives empowering help and remodels the belly.

Better Binder’s comfort allows sitting and even eating. It can be worn all day and even at night. Unlike one piece, non-conforming binders, Better Binder fastens top to bottom.

Better Binder can be worn over clothing or over underwear (but not directly on a wound). The latex-free elastic is soft, but strong with perfect stretch. Edges won’t cut in or fold over.

Washing Instructions: Hand wash. Hang to dry.

Sizing Tips: In general, a size small will fit a small man or a small woman. Medium fits a medium sized man or woman. Large: a large man or woman. Extra Large for a man or woman is very roomy.

Specific measurements:Inches refer to the waist or fullest circumference.

  • S: 20-29”
  • M: 30-39”
  • L: 40-55”
  • XL: 56-75”

When adjusting the tension: • Pull "arms" gently for wound support. • Pull "arms" firmly to stabilize the spine and pelvis. The right tension will do what you need it to do… comfortably.

Great binder!

This product was recommended by my physical therapist. I wasn't sure what size to order since I was getting this for right after delivery. In the hospital, the nurses commented that they loved this binder and it was easy for them to work with it. I found the binder easy to put on and wear even just hours after my c-section. I did have to order the next size down just 2 weeks after delivery, but that is to be expected. I'll be wearing this for at least 6 weeks.

I have bad lower back, couple bulging disc also arthurtis,and pubic symphosis The belt I have now white, it is worn with pills etc,it stretches, and shuts with velcro, do you think this better binder would work/ Thanks or reccomend a better one that stretches.
