Looks like packing material, but works!

I was a bit skeptical of the claims made by the manufacturer and even more so when I received the product. The actual material seemed flimsy and not capable of delivering a scrub that was effective yet gentle. I was definitely impressed once I showered using the mitt and the back scrubber. They should be wet with water first, then add your cleanser. I found that bar soap lathers on it amazingly well, so you don't need more expensive liquid soaps. Both the mitt & back scrubber felt firm yet soothing, and afterward my skin is very soft all over. I would not use this product on any skin that is extra sensitive, such as the private area, or on compromised skin such as sunburned skin, psoriasis, etc. It really gets the circulation going. I look forward to even better results as time goes by!
