A-Force Dorsal Night Splint holds the foot in neutral while the wearer sleeps. Helps prevent passive plantar flexion, which causes the morning pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis. The low-profile and lightweight design retains less heat and is more comfortable to wear during sleep, resulting in higher patient compliance. May also be used with severe ankle sprains, foot drop/neurological deficits, achilles tendonitis/repairs and muscular strains. Not for ambulation - damage to plastic will occur.
