So far, we're very happy with the DMI abdominal binders we ordered. My husband needs a binder to help him breathe, as he is paralyzed from about T-1 down. One change we'd like to see is to make the soft non-elastic part wider, so that the corners of the elastic part (where the velcro is) don't hang over and stab him in chest or belly when the binder is stretched tightly. We've had this problem with several different brands of binders, and I've had to make quilted pads to slide under the binders at the point where the velcro overlaps. The velcro does serious damage if it touches his skin! I'd be happy to speak with your designers about my suggestion.
