So simple! So easy to use! Feels so good! I tried so many orthotics, including expensive custom-made ones...the Captain is the BEST! I bought several more so I can always have one available. My problem: a torn posterior tibialis tendon caused by flat feet. I wrap the Captain around my foot in the morning ... and I'm good to go. (I'm told I'll need surgery down the road, but this keeps me walking for now.) Highly recommend!
