I have had Cubbital Tunnel surgery and recently had a recurrence of some symtoms. Naturally, I'd like to avoid surgery if at all possible. My only complaint about this item is that "One size does not fit all." I am an oversized person and while it does fit my arm, I wish the manufacturer had not gone the "One size fits all" route.

This elbow was exactly as pictured and described. My only ncomment is that it was a little difficult to get it tight enough on my arm. I my arm was a littler bigger I think it would have been easier. Other than that it did exactly what it was suppose to do.
