I have had Cubbital Tunnel surgery and recently had a recurrence of some symtoms. Naturally, I'd like to avoid surgery if at all possible. My only complaint about this item is that "One size does not fit all." I am an oversized person and while it does fit my arm, I wish the manufacturer had not gone the "One size fits all" route.

My wife is bed ridden and would hold her arm and hand in a clenched position that would become extremely painful. U gently extended her arm and used this to keep it extended relieving the pain it was causing. Care givers would wrap with towels but I felt this was better.
