Stiches defective & falling apart

I like the item and its quality. However, stiches started falling apart at the knee cap area in about 4 days after I started wearing it.
How can I send it back for replacement.
I also need one size smaller. I have now medium

Okay but falling apart.
Pros:

Bulky.
Flimsy.

Elderly.

The stabilizing rods on the sides kept on coming out of thier place. It was really annoying to deal with. So i had to super glue to shotty stitching.

I like the product. It provides a great deal of stability, though the braces are hard to wear under clothing, and the directions for measuring aren't correct. The braces tend to run a bit small.
