Since I use two of them, I slipped them on one at a time to get proper adjustments. Now I just slip my hands into them without struggling to get them fastened. Just hook the thumb of one hand against the stabilizers of the opposite brace and slide off in the morning. Since i started using this product, my hands and elbows no longer hurt or go painfully numb at night. They no longer wake me up with pain. Love the product - better than store bought smaller ones.

I have arthritis in my hands and had a terrible time sleeping. My physical therapist recommended I order the Pil-o-splint and it has been a lifesaver! It is much easier to go to sleep and I don't wake up in pain in the middle of the night. The only problem is putting them both on since I need them for both hands.

can this splint be used to help flatten wrist and fingers of a stroke person? fingers are curved and hand is always closed and I would like a splint to straighten the left hand.

No, it is very soft and bendable,when curling your fingers. It does a great job not letting the wrist lift upwards. Really supports the wrist! I love it!
