I purchased the band-it to help me heal my tennis elbow. I am still using it and it helps whenever I need to perform activities requiring the use of my forearm muscles. It helps to relieve stress on those muscles and improves the healing. I suffered with tendonitis on my left arm and it took a long time for it to heal before I found the band-it. I am now using it on my right arm and it seems to be healing much quicker.
