I need a collar for daily neck/head support due to ALS. It is difficult to get correct width as little or no measuring instructions given. First try was too high with a width or height 3.5 inches. Support is not great but I am trying smaller witdth/height to see if it is better. Comfort should be OK if correct size but support is marginal. I recommend Headmaster Cervical Collar for best support but is difficult to wear all day.

the 2" height fits great as I have a short neck. It is the best soft cervical collar I have found that does fit. (I'm an 85-yr old who has worn a cervical collar for 20 plus yrs after refusing neck fusions over the yrs.)

It is a soft collar and is mildly firm. So long as you are not expecting a firm stiff collar it is great! I wanted it to just support my neck when my muscles were very tired ( I have myofasciits and fibromyalgia ) For that it is great!
