I use them every time I ride in the hope to prevent over-use injuries to my knees. My primary activity is riding bikes that are considered by most people to be too small for me. My knees take a lot of extra strain because of this. Haven't used them for long enough to know if the long-term benefits will prove out, but I am pleased with the extra good support where I need it most.

Answer:
This device helped support the knee thereby alleviating some pain. Also helped with support for straines muscles around the knee.
