This is okay
Pros:

It doesnt have as much of a stretch as I would like but it is okay. The last one I had of another kind broke--still havent found the right one for me. I ordered 2 but wish I had only ordered one. It is more comfortable than the first one i bought

Not what I had hoped for

Rarely Workout.
I was disappointed in the product in that it didn't give the secure support I was hopping for. I can still flex my ankle at night which is what I don't want. I did like the opening on the side of the heel where my pain is worse.

Made a difference
Pros:
Safe.
Easy Storage.
Lightweight.
Cons:
Flimsy.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health.
I use them nightly to help with Plantar Fasciitis.
They are light weight and relativlely comfortable to wear.
The velcro fasteners didn't hold up very well and are now very difficult to secure and keep in place.
