Comfy Elbow and Hand Spasticity Orthosis decreases the effects of flexion synergy on the upper extremity post-stroke. Treat elbow, forearm, wrist simultaneously. First, apply elbow component to the patient and adjust to meet available passive ROM. Next, attach pronation/supination bar to elbow component. Then apply hand cone to the bar. Use included Allen wrench to lock into desired position. Includes one cover and laundry bag. One size fits most adults.
