Pros:
Good Value.
This pillow really helps my neck and shoulders. I had a similar pillow for years, but it finally wore out and I was very happy to find this one. The only thing I didn't care for was the stiffness of the cover. I took it off and just use a regular pillow case. I'm hoping a few washings will soften the cover.

I hope the "memory foam" people are making lots of money, because quality foam rubber pillows are now impossible to find. This pillow is unusable due to being far too firm.
