Wear them in all of my shoes, between and during Lacrosse games. These Heel Cups saved my Senior Varsity Lacrosse season, and helped me endure and heal severe shin splints after coming out of hockey season into Lacrosse season! I needed to start running between seasons earlier than I was able to. I wore them all the time until fully healed! I won every face-off in my last game and scored! Next I'm off to play in college! Heel cups were a big help!
