I received an Ankle injury in Vietnam, and ever since that, I have had pain, making it very difficult to walk for any length of time, and rendering it virtually impossible for me to exercise. These Heel Cups saved my Senior Varsity Lacrosse season, and helped me endure and heal severe shin splints after coming out of hockey season into Lacrosse season! My son used this for soccer and has a heel pain thinking this would alieve his discomfort, I tried the product. He used them once and his right heel hurt more than with out inserts. They are collecting dust on my husbands workbench to this date. This was a waste of money in my opinion.
