Finally found it! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Use. Stabilizes. Effective. Comfortable. Lightweight. Sturdy. Safe. Easy Storage.
Best Uses:
Daily Use. Extra Support.
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational. Athletic.

I've used one on and off since the late 80's, it's still holding together but definetly showing its age. I am now thinking about prolotherapy or worse surgery because the instability of both ankles is causing me constant grief. I searched all our sports stores for this particular product to no avail and turned to scouring the web, voila! Allegro has it! I'm ecstatic! The color, ease and stability of this product is a huge relief! Yes, I said color - what woman wants to walk around in black ankle support braces???

Just what I was looking for. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Use. Stabilizes. Effective. Comfortable. Sturdy.
Best Uses:
Daily Use.
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational.

I have been looking for this traditional type of ankle support for years. My old one wore out and the pharmacies by me have some stiff, so tight, uncomfortable versions that I just can't wear. This is just what I wanted.

Have bought a few of these

Pros:
Easy To Use. Stabilizes. Effective. Lightweight. Comfortable.
Cons:
Wears Out Quickly.
Best Uses:
Daily Use. Extra Support.
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational. Average Health.

I owned one of these a long time ago and when the need arose for one again I was relieved to finally find one at Allegro. The first one I bought stretched out quickly and had some pulls, but the next one has held up better. This product is great for support. I use it everyday.

Answer:
As a rule of thumb for this type of brace I was told that you measure around your ankle at the smallest point. Small = 7-8 inches Medium = 8.25-9 inches Large = 9.25-10 inches X-Large = 10.25-11 inches
