Well made, but not thoughtfully finished Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Well made.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic.

This splint is well made but the edge of the thumb hole where the outer and inner fabric are bonded is sharp and uncomfortable so I cannot use it at present. I may try modifying it myself at some point by taping the edge or cutting it down to try again.

straps aren't long enough Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Stabilizes. Effective. Easy To Use.
Cons:
Uncomfortable.
Best Uses:
Extra Support.
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational.

While this provides a nice solid stable support, the straps on the extra large brace are not long enough to close. Granted my forearms are not small, but they are not wildly large either. Anyone with large arms would have to modify it to make it fit. It looks to me like they simply were cheap with the materials--a little bit more velcro would make them work fine. I would not purchase this wrist brace again as a result, and am still looking for a good comfortable latex-free brace. I would love to find a good cotton one. I use this brace (just leaving it unstrapped at the bottom) and it still provides nice support. I sleep with it on at night and it definitely relieves my symptoms.

Carpal Tunnel both arms due to repetition at job. Firm support. No abrasive edges. Breathable material, no sweating during wear. First night of painless sleep in a long time. No aches the next morning. Reasonable price makes us want to order another set for back up. Have no problems with this product.

Good Product Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Lightweight. Sturdy. Easy Storage. Safe.
Best Uses:
Recuperation after injury. Emergency.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health. Athletic.

I use this wrist guard after a bicycle injury to my wrist along the lines of a TRIANGULAR FIBROCARTILAGE COMPLEX (TFCC) and ULNARCARPAL IMPACTION (or IMPINGEMENT) SYNDROME - my own self diagnosis, but will see if immobilizing with this comfortable wrist splint will work. One issue with it might be the hard surface on the palm side down in terms of scratching surfaces such as a laptop computer.
