Sizing:
PIP: Measure on volar surface from MP crease to DIP crease.
DIP: Measure on volar surface from PIP crease to mid-distal phalanx.
Total Finger: Measure on volar surface from MP crease to mid-distal phalanx.
Thumb: Measure proximal crease to thumb tip.
