Have used a foam cervical collar since a car accident in early 1960s injured my neck. A collar supports my neck during airplane and car travel - reduces pain from bounces and joggles from air pockets or bumpy roads. Can easily sleep on airplane without my head and neck "flopping" or getting a stiff neck. Finally found this one to replace an old one, most are too wide from my neck - this one fits perfectly.

I had surgery for stenosis in the cervical spine July 2007 and still have pain. I use this for neck support whenever my neck is hurting. It helps, as expected. Good quality for the price.

The 4" one was hard to find in medical stores..I was happy to fine one with your company..The only downside was the velcro was alittle short for my thin neck, so i went out and bought a small strip to add on for a better tight fit..Then it was custom for me..I was thrilled
