Quality Oriented.
I had surgery for stenosis in the cervical spine July 2007 and still have pain. I use this for neck support whenever my neck is hurting. It helps, as expected. Good quality for the price.

Nice feel, not very rigid though

Best Uses:
Daily Use.
Depending on use, it could be effective as a reminder for a patient not to use his/her neck. If you are looking for a support device to prevent movement however, this is not it.

Have used a foam cervical collar since a car accident in early 1960s injured my neck. A collar supports my neck during airplane and car travel - reduces pain from bounces and joggles from air pockets or bumpy roads. Can easily sleep on airplane without my head and neck "flopping" or getting a stiff neck. Finally found this one to replace an old one, most are too wide from my neck - this one fits perfectly.
