This is the best collar that I have had and I have had 3 since my neck surgery in 2001. The fit is great and I can wear it to fit where my neck bothers me the most. I can wear with the closure in the front or back. My neck needs support in the back as I have trouble leaning my neck to the back and with the tapered design it works really well.No cons from me.

Rarely Workout.

I need a collar for daily neck/head support due to ALS. It is difficult to get correct width as little or no measuring instructions given. First try was too high with a width or height 3.5 inches. Support is not great but I am trying smaller witdth/height to see if it is better. Comfort should be OK if correct size but support is marginal. I recommend Headmaster Cervical Collar for best support but is difficult to wear all day.
