it works well when your sitting around watching tv, but it keeps me up at night and cuts off the circulation to my toes. other than that, it has helped with my achillestendonitis

This is a very comforatble night splint. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Adjustable angle. Lightweight. Sturdy. comfortable.
Best Uses:
Plantar fasciitis.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health. Athletic.

I have tried three different night splints and this one is the most comfortable. Its angle is adjustable so you can get a good stretch on your foot overnight. The straps are nicely padded, easily adjusted, and it's easy to put on and take off. I have no trouble sleeping with this on, but best of all, I have no pain in my foot in the morning.

Not working for me! Verified Purchaser

Describe Yourself:
Average Health.

Although I found the splints to be comfortable enough to allow uninterrupted sleep, they do not work for me. The straps that are intended to hold your foot in place cannot be adjusted properly to allow your heel to stay in place. I wake up with my heel an inch or two from the splint base, so my foot is not flat. Keeping the foot flat is supposed to help stretch the muscle, which is not accomplished. Also, the splits come with strap clips on only one side making it extremely difficult to snap the straps on one of your feet. A left snap, and a right side snap would be a great improvement.

[...]The night splint was exactly what I expected...good quality and light weight. I am as comfortable as I can be wearing a splint to sleep in. I would recommend this product.

Can't leave on all night but helps Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Most affordable I coud fi. Sturdy. Adjustable.
Cons:
Unable to measure adjustm. Bulky. Heavy. Unable to note progress. Unable to wear all night. Hard to put on by myself.
Best Uses:
After long bed confinemen. Elderly.
Describe Yourself:
disabled.

My heel cords became contracted during a lengthly hospitalization and I was unable to walk. After months of physical therapy, my feet still hurt and I had balance issues. My therapist recommended a similar product, which was not affordable. This one was. Although it lacks many features, I have noticed much improvement: less pain, ability to walk more with better balance. Improvements started almost immediately. I was never able to leave product on all night, usually waking after 4-6 hours with cramping. But it does help.

Economy Model Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Lightweight. Relatively inexpensive.
Cons:
Velcro Closures Slip. Hard to sleep with.
Best Uses:
Use while awake.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic. Soccer Referee.

If I was purchasing it again I would select the model with tread for walking. It might also be slightly heavier construction. This unit is light but sleeping is difficult while wearing. This is apparently common with all night splints.

Does the Job Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Safe. Lightweight.
Best Uses:
Achilles Tendonitis.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic.

The only con is that the splint is a little difficult to get the perfect adjustment. Also I put a folded wash cloth between my foot and the lower two straps to prevent pressure points.
