You'll have to use your teeth to attach the 3 straps, but it shouldn't be difficult.

Not likely, unless you are adept at using your teeth to either pull the velcro strips through the buckle opening and then pull the strip up tight and over to latch onto the other side. You might try using a tool in your mouth (a wide instrument to help guide that process. It is possible I'm sure, but not without a lot of practice and dexterity. I tried using a letter opener and pushed my left hand with the wrist brace on so the velcro strip was facing up, then tried to use the letter opener to guide the strip through the brace. Not successful, but probably doable after a number of tries (I only tried once).

No - If you could it would be tricky and you'd need to have the velcro bands securely but loosely in place. You'd have to slip your hand thru the opening and maneuver your hand to get it in the proper alignment.

Yes, if you can use your teeth to pull the straps around, it velcro's to the other side. I believe you could do it.

The brace is a closed unit; it slides on like a fingerless glove (a gauntlet). There's a padded metal strip which supports the palm. I wear one on each hand every night, and my wrists seem more rested during the day--they don't ache so much. I love these things.

Not all the way, but it wraps a good part around, depending on how large your wrist is. You can trip the excess to any length. It doesn't necessily go under the wrist; you don't really need it to, because there is a metal band inside the brace right under the wrist which keeps your hand/wrist in the right place when you put the brace on, and then tighten it with the velcro sstrips.

Yes, the brace wraps all the way around and offers additional support on the palm side of the hand and down the arm with a removable metal stabilizer piece. It's well-cushioned and very comfortable, but it still offers a good bit of support.

Yes. It covers the whole wrist, all the way around. This is the best brace I have found for my carpal tunnel problems. It fits well and does not cut too tight around my thumb.
