As per recommendation from my physical therapist, I am using this to recover from achilles tendonits. The brace keeps my ankle in 90 degree position, allowing the tendon to maintain a gentle stretch while sleeping. Following use I wake up feeling less stiff. I found the product did the job, was lightweight and easy to use.

Uncomfortable

I found this very uncomfortable in the toe area. It squished my toes and caused irratition. I had to put paper towel around my toes to cushion them. Also it kept sliding down and last night the hard split part split in half which makes me mad as I maybe used it 50 nights. This should not have broke--geesh I was only sleeping. I would never recommend this product. I bought a differnt one on here instead to try. The comfort x ankle splint.
